Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms", "Terms of Use") carefully before using The Product Owner Value Game mobile application (the "App") operated by Craft Jay ("us", "we", or "our").

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the App.

Intellectual Property
The App and its original content (including but not limited to design, scenarios, text, graphics, and logos) are the exclusive property of Craft Jay and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

In-App Purchases
The App offers a "Pro Pack" as a one-time purchase.
Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
Refunds: All purchases are final. Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple in accordance with their refund policy. We do not have the ability to process refunds directly.

Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Craft Jay, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.

Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
