When morning came, rather than refreshment, my body carried a strange heaviness. But from deep within my chest, another feeling arose. The light I often encounter in meditation was still quietly embracing me today. It was an invisible yet clearly felt flow. This light, like a companion that never forgets me and always stays by my side, seeped into my chest and quietly illuminated my existence.
