Information on introduction of identity verification

Hello.
This is Younggeul Customer Center.

Starting with the app update on July 3, 2024, a user authentication procedure will be introduced to the Youngkle service.

We ask for your understanding as this is
to improve service stability, prevent indiscriminate theft of personal information, and prevent duplicate registrations and possession of multiple accounts. We would like to inform you of the changes as follows.
1.
New users must complete the identity verification process to register. The identity verification process is only performed once when registering.
2.
Existing users will be required to go through an identity verification process the first time they log in after updating to the new version.

If you are experiencing difficulties with the identity verification process due to this update, please contact the Youngkle Customer Center (
cs@teamremited.com ) and we will respond as quickly as possible.

In addition to the introduction of the identity verification procedure, we would like to inform you that:
In accordance with Articles 8 and 15 of the Terms of Service, our Younggeul service strictly prohibits any acts such as using others' personal information to sign up or accumulating points through illegitimate means.

If the identity verification process is not completed due to a violation of the Terms of Service, no separate action can be taken.

We will continue to strive to provide more comfortable and stable service in the future.
