Hello👋
This is Theo, the manager of Younggeul.
Before we get into the challenge, here's a guide to receipts.

What receipts should I upload?

Receipts for the Youngkle Challenge must meet the following conditions:
To put it simply, you just need to submit a 'receipt from a convenience store, mart, or supermarket within the past two weeks.'

Let me explain in a little more detail!

Receipts are only accepted for purchases made within the last 14 days.
To put it simply, you can submit a receipt from a recent purchase, not one that is too old!

It must be a receipt from a convenience store, supermarket, or large mart.
Restaurants, cafes, Daiso, clothing stores, shoe stores, etc. are not accepted.
It must be a receipt from a mart, convenience store, or supermarket where food or daily necessities were purchased.

If any of the above conditions are not met, the receipt upload itself may not be possible.
If you meet all the conditions but still cannot upload, please click the button below to contact us by email!

Please be careful when uploading receipts!

Crumpled or damaged receipts are not acceptable.

The receipt above is crumpled, and the receipt below has a lot of the writing erased😞

If you are taking a photo and uploading it, please take a photo from the front.

The receipt was printed horizontally.

Please avoid photos with too many shadows or that are too dark.

There is a shadow on the bottom right of the receipt😞

One receipt each!
And it's good if there are no other letters in the background.

Other letters on the keyboard were captured together😞

Are electronic receipts and mobile receipts also acceptable?

Of course, electronic receipts from mart or convenience store apps (applications) are also acceptable, not just paper receipts.
Log in to the mart or convenience store app and quickly and easily capture and upload a screen capture of your mobile receipt!

로그인할때 아래 첨부한 메세지가 계속 뜹니다.

로그인부터 모든과정 속도가 굉장히 느립니다. 특히 로그인 되는데만 1분은 걸린다 느낄정도로 느리게 열립니다. 어떤 문제가 잇는건가요?

댓글 쓰는게 단순하지가 않네요.

더불어, 동네 슈퍼마켓도 가능합니다. 꼭 마트나 슈퍼마켓이 상호명에 포함되어야 하는 것은 아닙니다.

전자영수증을 첨부해서 올리는데 자꾸 안된다고 떠서 너무 답답하네요ㅠㅠ

현재 전자영수증도 종이영수증처럼 업로드할 수 있는 것이 맞습니다.
다만, 저희가 확인하지 못한 이유로 인해 업로드의 불편함을 겪으신 것 같습니다.
괜찮으시다면, cs@teamremited.com으로 업로드가 되지 않은 상황에 대한 캡쳐나
어떠한 영수증이었는지 말씀해주시면 저희가 확인해보도록 하겠습니다.
