Friend Referral Points (Why aren't they awarded?)

Friend referral points are automatically awarded when certain conditions are met, so if you did not receive points, it means you did not meet the conditions below. (Same as the information provided when entering the referral code during the membership registration process)

Consent to receive marketing communications (points will not be awarded if consent is changed after receipt registration)

Enter your referral code (Please enter the code correctly without any errors. You can check the validity of your referral code when you enter it.)

Challenge Points (I uploaded a receipt but the points were not awarded)

For the 'Purchase Verification' and 'Visit Verification' challenges, points are paid out in bulk after review. Depending on the review schedule, it may take up to 7-10 days for the success or failure to be reflected and the points to be paid out. If you uploaded a receipt after pre-registering but it has not been reflected even after 7-10 days, please check whether you uploaded a receipt for purchase during the challenge period and then contact the customer center.

Why can't I upload a receipt from a supermarket or convenience store that I purchased within the past two weeks?

Depending on the shooting conditions, it may be difficult to recognize the receipt 📷

Please take a photo on a dark background (black background) so that all letters on the receipt can be clearly seen. If there is an object with letters in the background, it may be recognized as receipt letters and difficult to upload. Please take a photo so that the letters on the receipt are not blurred.

Please use the receipt verification channel 🧾

There are many different types of receipts, just as there are different types of convenience stores and marts, so there are times when it is difficult to recognize receipts. If you request an inspection through the receipt inspection channel, we will perform a batch inspection and then award points, so please use the channel.

2. Change all contents of the receipt inspection request pop-up to 'Yes' and submit

Results will be provided and points will be awarded within 3 business days

Reset Password

Password reset is only possible if the email address you registered with is valid. If you enter an email address other than the one you registered with, the link will not be sent.

(While logged out) Click [Log in/Sign up] on the top right of the home screen > Click [Reset password] > Enter the email address you signed up for and complete phone number verification, then click [ Check account information] at the bottom > Click the email in the mailbox and click [Reset link] at the bottom > Enter the password you want to change and click the [Reset password] button > Complete

There are two main cases in which points are deducted.

If a user who signed up using a referral code and received referral points for a friend withdraws within 24 hours

If you upload a receipt that does not meet the guidelines, such as a hospital or restaurant receipt

In the case of reason 1, immediate reflection occurs, but

In the case of reason 2, it may be reflected upon later discovery.

If you entered a referral code but did not receive points, there are two main types of problems.

If the person who entered the referral code and signed up does not consent to receiving marketing information

If you haven't uploaded your receipt yet

Additionally, if you sign up without entering a referral code, we will not be able to assist you.
So, please make sure to enter it correctly when signing up!
