When you upload an image of a receipt or a captured image, it can be difficult to upload if it exceeds the maximum capacity. Today, I will explain step-by-step how to check the image capacity and how to reduce the capacity!
First of all, in our Younggeul, you can only upload images up to 30 MB in size! You may not be able to tell how much that is, but you can assume that you can upload most images!
However, I think there are some people who have trouble uploading receipts when the resolution is very high or the capacity is large, so I will guide you on how to check the image capacity and how to reduce the capacityπββοΈββ‘οΈ

After clicking on an image in your photo album, click on the middle button at the bottom.

How to reduce image size on android

Click the second button from the bottom left,

After clicking the dot in the upper right corner

Click 'Resize'

After changing the image size to 20% (smallest) from the original

Click 'Save' to reduce the capacity!
