Last Thursday, Younggeul had a major update, including the introduction of a 'real-name authentication' procedure, improvements to app service speed, and a reorganization of the level system.
After the update, some functional issues have occurred, causing inconvenience to some users.
We sincerely apologize for this matter and provide you with the following compensation and resolution measures.
Issue Summary
Logout phenomenon guide
If you open the app for the first time after updating it, you will be logged out. If you log in as usual, the identity verification process will proceed naturally, so don't panic.
If you have lost your password or are experiencing any inconvenience in logging in, please feel free to contact our customer service center.
Guidance on the phenomenon of points not being visible
This is the most frequently asked question from users in this update.
To conclude, 'points' will never disappear. If this situation occurs, please do not panic and contact the customer service center.
If you haven't updated yet or tried logging in, we recommend trying email login rather than clicking the 'Start with Kakao' button.
Since Younggeul did not support Kakao login service from January 24th until this update, if you click the 'Start with Kakao' button, you may have to register as a new member instead of logging in.
In any case, if you experience a phenomenon where existing points are not visible, please contact us.
We will not give up and will work to resolve the issue to the end.
If you are unable to access the coupon box or the coupon image is not visible
There was an error where the coupon barcode was not visible depending on the model or the user's registration period. This has now been resolved. If the points you purchased with your hard-earned points are not visible or are not available, please contact the customer service center. We will assist you with using the coupon or provide a refund (only in case of system errors).
Attendance check
Due to an error in which the attendance check time was entered incorrectly, some users were unable to check in on time. This has now been corrected.
Compensation Guide
Attendance check reward
From July 4th to July 7th, when the update began, there was an error in the attendance check for a total of 4 days. We would like to apologize for this and will compensate you for the attendance check points from those 4 days .
Starting at midnight on July 7th, we will be giving out attendance points for 4 days depending on whether Harini hatches or not. If Harini is hatched before, you will be given 100 points, and if Harini is hatched after, you will be given 240 points.
It will be paid sequentially and is scheduled to be paid by Thursday of this week.
We are sorry that we have caused a lot of inconvenience to our users due to the many errors during this update. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.
As this was an update for a safer and more comfortable environment in the future, we will do our best to provide better service in the future.
