The phenomenon of not seeing points
The reason why some users' points are not visible is This is because you tried to log in again by clicking 'Start with Kakao' after logging out.
One of the main features of this update is ‘self-authentication’. The process of signing up for membership by clicking the 'Start with Kakao' button is considered a login process with an additional 'identity verification' procedure, even though it is a 'sign-up' process, so it seems to naturally lead to signing up for membership.
If you have registered as a member in this way, you can transfer points normally by following the steps below.
1) Log out 2) Try logging in with an existing account 3) Proceed with identity verification process 4) Click the ‘Transfer points to existing account’ button 5) Receive email notification of point transfer 6) Click the link in the email 7) Point transfer completed 8) Log in with your newly registered Kakao account (click the Start with Kakao button)
If you cannot find your existing account during this process, do not know your password, or the above process does not proceed properly, please contact our customer service center for assistance.
Problem of not being able to log in after identity verification
There is an issue where some users are unable to log in after completing the identity verification process.
This usually happens when you close the app because you think the screen has frozen during the data transfer process after authenticating yourself.
