Welcome to Walley ("the App"), operated by BitByte Lab ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Walley mobile application and services ("Service"). By downloading, installing, or using Walley, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of the Service
Walley is a mobile application designed to help you track personal income, spending, budgets, and related money habits.

You may use the Service only in compliance with applicable laws and for lawful personal purposes.

Walley is not a bank, payment processor, or financial institution. It does not hold, move, or insure your real money.

We aim to provide uninterrupted service, but availability is not guaranteed.

Information you enter (including amounts, categories, and alerts) is your responsibility. Always review suggested expenses, receipts, and summaries before you rely on them.
2. Ads and Free Usage

Walley may offer a free version supported by advertisements.Wakefy offers a free version supported by advertisements.
•
By using the free version, you agree to the display of ads within the App where applicable.
•
Ads may be provided by third-party networks, and we are not responsible for their content or any offers they promote.
3. Subscription (Lifetime Plan Only)
As of now, Walley does not offer subscriptions or paid premium features. All features are available to users for free.
In the future, Walley may introduce optional paid features, a subscription, or a one-time upgrade (for example: advanced insights, ad removal, or other tools). If such an option becomes available, clear information about pricing, terms, payment methods, and any changes to your use of Walley will be presented to you before any purchase or upgrade.
All payments, if introduced, would be handled securely via the relevant app store. Details on refunds and support would also follow the app store’s standard policies.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not guarantee that:

The App will always function without errors or interruptions.
•
Budget alerts, reminders, or expense suggestions will always be accurate or timely.
•
Exchange rates, forecasts, or insights will match official bank or market figures.
•
The App will meet all user expectations.
Walley is a personal support tool only. It does not provide legal, tax, investment, or professional financial advice. You should not rely solely on Walley for critical financial, tax, or legal decisions.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Walley and BitByte Lab are not liable for:

Incorrect, incomplete, or missed expense entries, categories, or summaries
•
Budget overspending or financial outcomes based on App data or tips
•
Data loss, device failure, or issues caused by uninstalling the App or clearing its data
•
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
•
Issues caused by device settings, OS restrictions, revoked permissions, or network failures
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; where that applies, our liability is limited to the fullest extent still permitted by law.
6. User Responsibilities
You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the app
•
Use the app for illegal purposes
•
Interfere with app functionality or security or other users' experience
•
Redistribute or resell the app
You agree to:

Keep your device secure (for example, with a screen lock)
•
Use optional permissions (camera, notifications, SMS, or notification access on Android) only when you understand and accept what they do
•
Verify payment-related suggestions before saving them
•
Back up important records if you need them beyond what is stored on your device
7. Intellectual Property

All rights, including code, design, branding, and content, belong to BitByte Lab.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app.

You retain ownership of the financial information you enter; we do not claim your personal records as our property.

The Service is discontinued
You may stop using Walley at any time by uninstalling it.
9. Privacy
Your use of Wakefy is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
We are committed to protecting your information in accordance with applicable laws. Your expense and budget data is primarily stored on your device unless you choose features that use the internet as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. When updates are made, we will take reasonable steps to notify you, which may include displaying a notice within the app, updating the information on the app store listing, or using other appropriate communication methods.
It is your responsibility to review any updated Terms periodically. Your continued access to or use of the app after such changes have been published constitutes your acknowledgment of the updated Terms and your agreement to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the app immediately.
