Welcome to Wakefy ("the App"), operated by BitByte Lab ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Wakefy mobile application and services ("Service"). By downloading, installing, or using Wakefy, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of the Service
Wakefy is a mobile application designed to provide alarm and productivity-related features.

You may use the Service only in compliance with applicable laws.
•
We aim to provide uninterrupted service, but availability is not guaranteed.
•
Features may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
2. Ads and Free Usage
•
Wakefy offers a free version supported by advertisements.
•
By using the free version, you agree to the display of ads within the app.
•
Ads may be provided by third-party networks, and we are not responsible for their content.
3. Subscription (Lifetime Plan Only)
Lifetime Access
Wakefy offers a one-time lifetime subscription that unlocks premium features and removes ads.
•
“Lifetime” refers to the period during which Wakefy is actively maintained and available on app stores (e.g., Google Play Store, Apple App Store).
•
This is a one-time payment, not a recurring subscription.
Payments
•
Payments are processed through the respective app store.
•
Pricing may change in future versions, but existing purchases remain valid.
Refunds
•
All purchases are generally non-refundable, except where required by law.
•
Refund requests must be handled through the respective app store.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
Wakefy is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee that:

The app will always function without errors or interruptions.
•
Alarms or notifications will always trigger reliably.
•
The app will meet all user expectations.
Wakefy is a support tool only. You should not rely solely on it for critical or time-sensitive tasks.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wakefy and BitByte Lab are not liable for:

Missed alarms or notifications
•
Data loss or device-related issues
•
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
•
Issues caused by device settings, OS restrictions, or network failures
6. User Responsibilities
You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the app
•
Use the app for illegal purposes
•
Interfere with app functionality or security
•
Redistribute or resell the app
7. Intellectual Property
•
All rights, including code, design, branding, and content, belong to BitByte Lab.
•
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if:

You violate these Terms
•
Required by law
•
The Service is discontinued
You may stop using Wakefy at any time by uninstalling it.
9. Privacy
Your use of Wakefy is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
We are committed to protecting your data in accordance with applicable laws.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. When updates are made, we will take reasonable steps to notify you, which may include displaying a notice within the app, updating the information on the app store listing, or using other appropriate communication methods.

If you do not agree with any part of the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the app immediately.
