# Terms of Service April 17, 2025 Welcome to Wakefy ("the App"), operated by BitByte Lab ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Wakefy mobile application and services ("Service"). By downloading, installing, or using Wakefy, you agree to these Terms. ## 1. Use of the Service --- Wakefy is a mobile application designed to provide alarm and productivity-related features. - You may use the Service only in compliance with applicable laws. - We aim to provide uninterrupted service, but availability is not guaranteed. - Features may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time without prior notice. --- ## 2. Subscription (Lifetime Plan Only) --- ### Lifetime Access Wakefy offers a one-time lifetime subscription that unlocks premium features and removes ads. - “Lifetime” refers to the period during which Wakefy is actively maintained and available on app stores (e.g., Google Play Store, Apple App Store). - This is a one-time payment, not a recurring subscription. ### Payments - Payments are processed through the respective app store. - Pricing may change in future versions, but existing purchases remain valid. ### Refunds - All purchases are generally non-refundable, except where required by law. - Refund requests must be handled through the respective app store. --- ## 4. Disclaimer of Warranties --- Wakefy is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that: - The app will always function without errors or interruptions. - Alarms or notifications will always trigger reliably. - The app will meet all user expectations. Wakefy is a support tool only. You should not rely solely on it for critical or time-sensitive tasks. --- ## 5. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wakefy and BitByte Lab are not liable for: - Missed alarms or notifications - Data loss or device-related issues - Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages - Issues caused by device settings, OS restrictions, or network failures --- ## 6. User Responsibilities You agree not to: - Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the app - Use the app for illegal purposes - Interfere with app functionality or security - Redistribute or resell the app --- ## 7. Intellectual Property --- - All rights, including code, design, branding, and content, belong to BitByte Lab. - You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app. --- ## 8. Termination We may suspend or terminate access if: - You violate these Terms - Required by law - The Service is discontinued You may stop using Wakefy at any time by uninstalling it. --- ## 9.
