Wakefy (“the App”) is designed with a strong focus on user privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the application. Our approach is simple: we minimize data usage and keep as much processing as possible on your device.

Information Collection and Use

Wakefy does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information to external servers. You are not required to create an account or provide any personal details such as your name, email address, or phone number in order to use the App.
The App also does not access sensitive device features such as the camera or microphone. All functionality is designed to operate without collecting personally identifiable information.

Local Data Storage

All data generated while using Wakefy—including alarms, preferences, and settings—is stored locally on your device only. This information is used solely to provide core functionality and improve your experience within the App.
Wakefy does not have access to this data remotely. If you uninstall the App, all associated data stored on your device is permanently removed.

Location Data

Wakefy may request access to your device's location for features such as destination-based alarms. This requires continuous location access in order to accurately determine when you have reached or are approaching a specified destination.
Location data is processed strictly on-device and is never collected, stored externally, or transmitted to Wakefy or any third-party servers. Its use is limited исключительно to enabling location-based alarm functionality.

Background Processing

To ensure reliable performance, Wakefy may run in the background. This is necessary for alarm functionality, including time-based and location-based triggers, to operate correctly even when the App is not actively in use.
All background activity is limited to essential processing and occurs entirely on your device without transmitting any user data externally.

Advertising

Wakefy displays advertisements through Google AdMob. While Wakefy itself does not collect user data, AdMob may use device identifiers or other non-personal data to deliver relevant advertisements.
Any data collected by AdMob is governed by Google's own privacy policies. Wakefy does not control, access, or store this information.

Payments and Subscriptions

Wakefy offers a lifetime subscription option. All payments are securely processed by trusted third-party services, including RevenueCat and the respective app store billing systems (such as Google Play or Apple App Store).
Wakefy does not collect, process, or store any payment information, including credit card or billing details. All transaction handling and security are managed entirely by these external platforms.

Data Sharing

Since Wakefy does not collect personal data, it does not share user information with third parties. However, third-party services integrated into the App—such as advertising and payment providers—may independently process limited data in accordance with their own privacy policies.

Children’s Privacy

Wakefy does not knowingly collect, store, or process any personal information from children or users of any age. The app is designed with a strict no-data-collection approach, meaning it does not require account creation, does not request personal details, and does not track user activity in a way that identifies individuals.
Because no personal data is collected, Wakefy does not intentionally target or engage in practices that would involve the collection of information from children under applicable child protection laws. This makes the app generally suitable for a broad audience, including younger users, as there is no risk of personal data being gathered, stored, or shared.
However, parents and guardians are encouraged to supervise their children's use of any digital service and to review app store ratings and guidelines to ensure the app is appropriate for their child. If you believe that any information may have been inadvertently collected, please contact us so that we can promptly address and resolve the issue.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in the App, legal requirements, or third-party services. Any updates will be made available within the App or through its store listing.
