Welcome to Walley. Please read these Terms before you use the app. By downloading or using Walley, you agree to follow these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Walley is made by BitByte Lab ("we," "us," or "our"). Questions? Email tanjim437@gmail.com
1. WHAT IS WALLEY?
Walley is a personal money app. It helps you:
•
Track income and spending
•
Organize categories and payment methods
•
Set budgets and savings goals
•
Scan receipts and get reminders
•
See simple insights about your habits
Walley is for your personal use. It is not a bank and does not hold real money for you.
2. WHO CAN USE WALLEY?
You agree to:
•
Enter honest and accurate information
•
Keep your phone secure (use a lock screen)
•
Review suggested expenses before saving them
•
Use Walley only for lawful personal purposes
•
Not misuse the app, hack it, or copy it to resell
You own the information you type into Walley. We do not claim it belongs to us.
4. YOUR DATA
Your records stay on your device unless you choose to share them yourself. We do not promise to recover data if you lose your phone or delete the app. Please back up important information if you need it later.
•
Read our Privacy Policy to learn how we handle your information.
5. APP FEATURES AND PERMISSIONS
Some tools need access to your camera, photos, microphone, notifications, or internet. Walley only uses them for the feature you turned on. You can change or remove permission in your phone settings at any time.
On Android, optional tools can read payment-related messages or banking alerts to help you log spending. These are off until you turn them on. Always check that a suggested expense is correct before you save it.
6. NOT FINANCIAL ADVICE
Walley gives information and ideas to help you understand your money. It does not give legal, tax, investment, or professional financial advice. Important decisions should be made with a qualified advisor, not only from app tips or forecasts.
7. PREMIUM FEATURES
Some parts of Walley may be marked as Premium. If we charge for them in the future, prices and refunds will follow the app store you bought from (Google Play or Apple App Store). Until then, features may be free or unlocked inside the app as we announce.
8. OUR RIGHTS
Walley, its name, logo, design, and software belong to BitByte Lab and our partners. You may use the app on your devices, but you may not copy, sell, or rebuild Walley without our written permission.
9. CHANGES AND UPDATES
We may update Walley, add or remove features, or change these Terms. We will post the new date at the top when Terms change. Continuing to use Walley means you accept the updated Terms.
You may stop using Walley at any time by uninstalling it.
10. DISCLAIMERS
Walley is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it helpful and reliable, but we cannot promise it will always be error-free, available, or perfect for every situation. Exchange rates and alerts are estimates — not official bank rates or guarantees.
11. LIMIT ON OUR LIABILITY
To the fullest extent allowed by law, BitByte Lab is not responsible for indirect losses (such as lost profit or lost data) from using Walley. If we are found responsible for a problem, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for Walley in the last 12 months, or fifty US dollars if you paid nothing — whichever is greater. Some countries do not allow all limits; in those cases, local law applies.
13. IF YOU USE AN APP STORE
If you got Walley from Apple or Google, their store rules also apply. Apple and Google are not responsible for Walley’s content or support — we are.
