By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.
1. Use of the Service
Appboard is a software application designed to help users explore, track, and organize information about applications available on digital storefronts.
The App may be used free of charge with certain limitations.
Some features may require payment, subscriptions, or other access methods in order to unlock additional functionality.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App or its features at any time.
2. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions
Certain features of the App may be unlocked through in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
All payments, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's billing policies and terms.
Pricing, availability, and structure of paid plans may change at any time.
3. Lifetime Access
Where offered, a lifetime purchase grants access to the applicable premium features for the lifetime of the App product.
"Lifetime" refers to the lifetime of the App as a product and service, not the lifetime of the user.
Lifetime access applies only to the version of the App and feature set available at the time of purchase.
We may introduce new features, services, or capabilities that require ongoing operational costs (such as server infrastructure, AI services, external APIs, or large-scale data processing). Such features may require a separate purchase or subscription.
We also reserve the right to modify, replace, limit, or discontinue features at any time.
4. Ad-Supported Access
Some premium functionality may occasionally be accessible through advertising-supported access.
Ad-supported access may involve viewing advertisements or interacting with advertising content in exchange for temporary access to certain features.
Ad-supported access:

5. Advertisements & Third-Party Networks
The App may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising networks.
We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of advertisements or services provided by third-party advertising partners.
6. Data Sources & Third-Party Services
Some features of the App rely on third-party data sources, APIs, or external services.
We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, completeness, or reliability of such third-party services.
If a third-party service changes, becomes unavailable, or introduces new costs affecting the App's operation, we may modify, replace, limit, or discontinue related features.
7. Data Accuracy & Informational Use
The App may display rankings, metadata, or other information related to applications available on digital storefronts such as the Apple App Store.
Such information may be obtained from publicly available sources or third-party data providers.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any information presented in the App.
All information provided by the App is for informational purposes only and should not be considered official or authoritative data.
The App is intended for personal and informational use only.
8. Data Storage & iCloud Sync
User data is stored locally on the user's device.
If iCloud Sync is enabled, user data may also be synchronized through Apple's iCloud services between the user's devices.
iCloud services are operated by Apple and are subject to Apple's own privacy and security policies.
We are not responsible for the operation or availability of Apple's services.
9. Service Availability
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, continued availability of features, or compatibility with future operating systems or devices.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of the App.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability where such limitation is not permitted under applicable law.
11. No Affiliation with Apple
Appboard is an independent application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially associated with Apple Inc. or the Apple App Store.
All trademarks, product names, and service marks belong to their respective owners.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update or modify these Terms from time to time.
If the Terms are updated, the updated version will become effective when published.
Continued use of the App after the updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the App.
