Use of Service
Appboard is free to use with certain feature limitations.
Some features may be unlocked through in-app purchases ("IAP") or may require viewing ads, depending on the feature design.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time without prior notice.
In-App Purchases & Premium Access
You may purchase premium features within the App.
Premium features will remain accessible only while your purchase is active and valid.
Pricing and availability of paid features are subject to change.
All purchases, renewals, refunds, and billing matters are handled by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's payment and refund policies.
Ad-Supported Access
Some premium features may be temporarily accessible without payment through ad-supported access.
Ad-supported access may include viewing ads or experiencing ads within the App in exchange for temporary access to enhanced functionality.
Ad-supported access:
does not grant the same rights or guarantees as a paid purchase,
may be modified, limited, or discontinued at any time, and
may include restrictions or reduced functionality compared to paid premium access.
Advertisements & Third-Party Networks
Certain features may display ads or may require viewing ads to access enhanced functionalities.
Ads are provided by third-party ad networks, and we are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or behavior of third-party advertising.
Data Storage & iCloud Sync
Appboard stores user data locally on your device.
If iCloud Sync is enabled, your data may also be uploaded and synchronized through Apple iCloud services across your Apple-linked devices.
Data stored or transmitted via iCloud is governed by Apple's systems and infrastructure.
Service Availability & Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind, explicit or implied.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, future compatibility, or accuracy of data displayed within the App.
Modifications to Terms
We may update or revise these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the App after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the App.
