# Personal Notice

➤ By proceeding with any transaction with me, you are deemed to have read and agreed to the following terms.

## Terms of Use

- All artworks are copyrighted by **5S2W (@5s2ewww)**.

- Personal use and posting on social media are allowed.

- Please credit me when reposting or uploading my artwork.

- Using my artwork for AI training or AI-generated content is strictly prohibited.

- Editing, tracing, redistributing, or reselling my artwork without permission is prohibited.

- Commercial use (including streaming, merchandise, or monetized content) is not allowed unless discussed separately.

- You may not use a logo-free version unless I have provided it directly. (Except by prior agreement.)

- My signature/logo may not be removed, altered, or covered.

- Simple cropping and resizing are allowed.

- I am not responsible for any issues resulting from failure to read these terms.

- For inquiries, please contact me via DM or the designated contact method.

# Usage Rights

- You may create personal-use merchandise with the artwork.

- Commercial use is **not** allowed. (Please contact me for permission.)

- Ownership transfer of the artwork is allowed.

- If transferring the artwork, please let me know the recipient's account.

- You may freely use the artwork for personal purposes, such as community sites, profile pictures, headers, and similar uses.

- The artwork may be displayed in my portfolio, as a sample, or on my social media unless you request otherwise.

# Payment & Process

- Work will begin after payment has been confirmed.

## Workflow

- Request → Payment → Drawing → Delivery

- Refunds due to a change of mind are not available.

- If I am unable to complete the commission due to my own circumstances, a full refund will be issued.

## Revisions

- (For commission types that include a WIP check) Major changes to the composition or pose are not available after the WIP has been approved.

- After completion, only minor adjustments such as color corrections or small details can be revised.

- Any missing elements caused by my mistake will be corrected regardless of the number of revisions.

- Experimental commission types will be available here first.

- Newly released commission types may still be a little experimental.

- Limited-time/event commission types may close after a certain period and become unavailable.

- More commission types are currently in development.

- Stay tuned! They'll be available soon. (๑ - ⩊ - )

- Only ownership rights may be transferred.

- Resale is allowed. (+$10)

- Paid redesigns/resales are not allowed.

- Commercial use is prohibited.

- Non-commercial merchandise is allowed only. Please contact me before producing any goods.

- Design edits are limited to adding accessories or making minor changes as long as the original design remains recognizable.

- Community use is allowed.

- Creating derivative characters is not allowed.

- Species changes are limited to creature forms or humanizations.

- The character design and artwork may be used as portfolio or sample work.

- If communication is lost without notice, I will not proceed with any future transactions.

그림 사용 범위

- 개인 소장용 굿즈 제작 가능(추가금 o)

- 상업적 이용 가능 x5 (문의)

- 그림 양도 가능합니다. 

(양도 시 받으시는 분의 계정을 함께 알려주세요)

- 커뮤니티, 프로필, 헤더 등 개인 용도로 자유롭게 사용 가능합니다.

- 작업물은 샘플 및 포트폴리오, SNS 등에 업로드될 수 있습니다. (비공개 요청 시 제외)

결제 및 진행

- 입금&결제 확인 후 작업을 시작합니다.

작업순서

- 신청 확인 → 입금 → 작업 → 전달 순으로 진행됩니다.

- 단순 변심에 의한 환불은 어렵습니다.

- 작업자의 사정으로 진행이 불가능할 경우 전액 환불해드립니다.

 수정

- 중간 컨펌 확정 이후에는 구도 및 포즈 변경이 어렵습니다(컨펌 추가 시)

- 완성본은 간단한 색감 및 작은 요소만 수정 가능합니다.

- 요소 누락으로 인한 부분은 횟수와 관계없이 수정해드립니다.

실험적인 타입들은 여기에서 우선으로 개장될 예정입니다

(막 개장된 타입은 진행이 미숙할 수 있습니다 ㅠ)

짧게 이벤트성으로 진행하는 타입들은 일정기간이 지나면 작업 진행이 어려울 수 있습니다

새로운 타입들도 구상중입니다!
