🗓️ Day 1: Physical Health
Topic: Breaking the Inertia (For when you don't want to move)
The Reality:
We all have those days where we are glued to the chair, or the idea of a "workout" feels exhausting.
But Newton's First Law applies to humans too: A body at rest stays at rest.
Today's goal is not to run a marathon. It is simple to break the pattern of sitting. We are aiming for "Motion is Lotion."
📝 The Activity (Pick Your Scenario):
🏠 Scenario A: If you are at Home
Do the "5-5-5 Reset." It takes less than 2 minutes, but it wakes up your nervous system.

5 Jumping Jacks (Get the heart rate up)
•
5 Squats/Crunches (Wake up the core)
•
5 Pushups (Engage the upper body - knees or wall pushups are fine!)
🏢 Scenario B: If you are at the Office / Desk-bound
Do the "Desk Detox."

Neck Circles: Slow rotations, 5 clockwise, 5 counter-clockwise.
•
Neck Stretch: Gently tilt your ear to your shoulder and hold for 15 seconds on each side.

The Walk: Take a 5-minute short walk (get water, walk to a window, or just pace the corridor).
