Day 4 Be Grateful & Counting Blessings

Day 4: Be Grateful & Counting Blessings
Today, we focus on decluttering the mind and feeding the spirit.
When the mind is full of "noise," we cannot hear our own intuition. When the spirit focuses on what is lacking, we miss the abundance right in front of us.
Here is your two-part challenge for today:
🧠 Part 1: Mental Wellness – "The 10 Things Clear-Out"
Instead of letting a vague cloud of worry hang over you, we are going to capture it. We aren't trying to fix your whole life today; we are just clearing the top layer of clutter.
The Task:
Grab a notebook.
Write down exactly 10 things that are currently on your mind.
These can be tasks (e.g., "Submit report"), worries (e.g., "Car making weird noise"), or annoyances.
Once you have your list of 10, look at each one:
Circle the ones you can actually control or do something about today.
Cross out the ones that are out of your control or can wait until next week.
** The Shift:** By limiting it to 10, you force your brain to prioritize. By crossing items out, you physically practice the art of letting go.
✨ Part 2: Spiritual Growth – Morning Silence & Evening Gratitude
Spiritual growth is about connection—connecting to yourself in the morning, and connecting to the abundance of life in the evening.
Morning: The Silence Anchor
Before you check your phone, sit for just 5 minutes in silence.
Do not try to meditate perfectly. Just sit.
Set one intention: "Today, I choose peace over perfection."
Evening: The Gratitude Rewind
Before you sleep, close your eyes and replay your day from start to finish.
Identify 3 specific moments you are grateful for.
Don't just pick big things. Look for the small ones: The warm coffee, a smile from a stranger, the fact that your legs carried you all day.
Feel that gratitude in your chest, say "Thank you," and drift off to sleep.
📝 Daily Reflection
After the Evening Gratitude exercise, notice your energy.
Is it easier to sleep when you end the day thinking about what went right, rather than what went wrong?
